Leadership and Administration Training (LAT)
Gura Ukuri Bible College has a long-standing commitment to empowering individuals for effective Christian leadership and service. In response to the increasing demands for well-rounded leaders in the church and community, the college introduced its Leadership and Administration Training program as a core part of its curriculum. This program was designed to equip students with the skills, knowledge, and biblical insights necessary for effective leadership and administrative roles within Christian ministries, non-governmental organizations, and local communities.
The focus of this training is not only on spiritual development and biblical understanding but also on practical leadership and management strategies that are essential for organizational growth and sustainability. By combining theological education with essential administrative and leadership skills, Gura Ukuri Bible College seeks to prepare students to become leaders who are both spiritually grounded and professionally competent.
The program is structured around core competencies, including:
- Biblical Leadership: Understanding the scriptural foundations of leadership, modeling the leadership qualities of Christ, and learning how to inspire and guide others according to biblical principles.
- Strategic Administration: Training in the principles of effective organizational management, resource allocation, project management, and leadership of teams within ministry settings.
- Conflict Resolution: Equipping students with the necessary skills to handle conflicts within ministry and community settings in a manner that reflects Christ’s peace and wisdom.
- Vision and Mission Articulation: Teaching students how to craft, communicate, and align church or ministry missions and visions, ensuring that all activities are purpose-driven and God-centered.
