School of Evangelism (SOE)
The School of Evangelism at Gura Ukuri Biblical College was established with a clear and compelling vision: to train, equip, and mobilize believers to effectively share the Gospel of Jesus Christ in their communities and beyond. Rooted in the biblical mandate of the Great Commission (Matthew 28:19-20), this school was founded on the conviction that evangelism is both a calling and a responsibility for every follower of Christ.
From its inception, the School of Evangelism has aimed to be a hub for spiritual formation and practical ministry training. Recognizing the urgent need for sound, Spirit-led evangelists in today’s world, the college developed this program to combine in-depth biblical instruction with hands-on outreach experience. Students are not only taught the theology and history of evangelism but are also mentored in personal witness, public preaching, and mission strategies tailored to diverse cultural contexts.
The school draws from the rich heritage of Gura Ukuri Biblical College, a respected institution known for its commitment to biblical truth, spiritual discipline, and leadership development. Through partnerships with local churches and mission organizations, students of the School of Evangelism are given real-world opportunities to apply what they learn in the classroom, making the program both transformative and impactful.
Over the years, graduates of the School of Evangelism have gone on to serve as pastors, church planters, missionaries, and community leaders, actively spreading the message of hope and salvation across nations. The School continues to grow, driven by a passion for revival and a vision to see lives changed through the power of the Gospel.
